Heavy duty circular electromagnet in scrap yard
Realized with Cequin 220°C for interlayer insulation of the magnetic coil.
CEQUIN 3000, I and II have the highest inorganic content amongst the mineral insulation papers of IPT. This results in an excellent thermal and dielectrical stability that is required for long-term performance up to 250°C. The excellent thermal conductivity helps to dissipate heat build-up resulting in reduced operating temperatures, longer life and the possibility of a more compact design. A standard application is the layer insulation in big lifting and separation magnets.
