
Interwinding Insulation with Thermavolt
THERMAVOLT has been designed for major ground insulation in UL Class R (220°C). Its major application are:
- Layer insulaiton in high-temperature dry-type transformers
- Ground insulation
- Phase insulation
It's general chracteristics can be summarized as follows:
- High inorganic content resulting in excellent thermal conductivity and thermal aging properties
- Good dielectric breakdown strength
- No infiammability in horizontal burn test (see download)
